Hot on the heels of three hugely successful collaborations, model and TV presenter Abbey Clancy , 29, has turned her hand to party wear.
Inspired by the 70s, the new 13 piece collection for Matalan includes plunging jumpsuits, sparkly sequins, cut-out details and bold red hues.
The new ‘Abbey by Abbey Clancy’ collection hits the shops today, just in time to tempt customers shopping for the party season.
So what to expect? Well, these are glamorous clothes that look amazing on mother-of-two Abbey, who has a body to die for.
There are a lot of bodycon dresses, pencil skirts and tight tops that will look great on women, who like to show off their figure. This is not a collection for shrinking violets.
Stand-out pieces include a halter neck jumpsuit and a faux fur coat, all priced between £16 and £45.
Available in size 6 to 14, this is a collection which clearly won’t suit everyone. Let’s face it, you need to have a slim figure to wear a crop top and a pencil skirt. But the clothes are great value for money and it’s the simplicity of the collection that we love.
If you are a fan of Abbey’s style, you will love this collection.
Clearly excited about her latest launch Abbey commented: “I am thrilled to have designed my fourth ‘Abbey by Abbey’ collection of 2015.
“I wanted to create a collection filled with glamorous and fun pieces for all kinds of women to wear this party season.
“With the 70s continuing to be a huge influence, my favourite piece has to be the ‘Halter Jumpsuit’ because the tailoring looks so elegant and sophisticated.”
Abbey will also be starring in a special Alder Hey charity version of Matalan’s TV ad campaign, which you can see on Saturday 7 November, during the X Factor ad break.
