Bundesliga side SV Darmstadt has invited former US president, Barack Obama to see a game at the Böllenfalltor.
The German side confirmed they are the only European side Barack Obama is following on social media and went on to invite him to attend of their game with a video by American international Terrence Boyd.
In the footage, Boyd said: “We’ve heard that you follow us as the only European soccer club on Twitter. It’s a huge honour for us at Darmstadt 98,
“Now that you’ve got a little more time for yourself we’d like to invite you to a game at the Böllenfalltor.
“We’ve got the fitting jersey for you as well. So see you at the Bolle.”
Darmstadt face Hoffenheim in front of their fans on Saturday and will hope to revive their season as they sit last on the Bundesliga table with 12 points in 20 games so far.
