The festival which will take place at the Ikeja City mall, would also have major attractions like a mixology session with Innocent Idibia better known as “TuBaba”.
TuBaba would make his signature mix, “Implication Shakerato’’, a DJ face-off, and will climax with it with a concert headlined it as being Campari ambassador.
The festival came about after TuBaba achieved a major feat in partnership he entered with Campari and his visit to the brand’s country home in Milan, Italy.
The festival would also have an exclusive premiere of TuBaba’s new video for his hit track, “I hate what you do to me’’.
Other artistes to perform at the event include, 9ice, YCee, DJ Jimmy Jatt and others were announced.
Campari is a premium spirit global brand with a presence in over 190 countries in the world.
The sole distributor of Campari in Nigeria, Brian Munro Ltd., is set to host the biggest music, comedy and cocktail festival in the country on November 5.
Brian Munro’s General Manager, Marketing, Abayomi Ajao, said that the festival, tagged “Dare to Mix”, was one of the many ways “we reward our customers for their loyalty”.
He added, “It is an opportunity as well in bringing our ambassador, TuBaba, closer to lovers of his music and introducing them to Campari cocktails.
“We are also so excited to be holding the first ever cocktail festival in Nigeria.”
Ajao, however, said that, “the essence of the festival was to educate consumers on the cocktails that can be made using Campari.
He said, “We also want to celebrate the diversity in music, comedy and cocktails using our “Dare to Mix” campaign.”
