WATCH: Swizz Beatz denies claims that he scammed car lease company

American hip hop recording artist and record producer from New York City, New York, Swizz Beatz, has finally spoken up after news broke that a car company sued him for $42m over an alleged car lease scam.

According to NY Post, Metro Gem Leasing and Funding Corp. filed a $42m lawsuit against the music producer, claiming that they leased cars to Beatz and his wife Alicia Keys but he connived with a man named Macky Dancy and re-leased the cars to other people at rates up to $7,000 per month.

The company added that they leased out 10 cars in the last four years to Beatz, and they include a Bentley Continental and a Ferrari F12.

However, Beatz denies this.

In an Instagram video, he called out fans for believing such cooked up stories against him, saying that many times, positive things happen in his life which never make the press, but folks are quick to hop on the negative news.
